This charming 50m² apartment is situated in the prestigious art district Mariahilf, right in the heart of Vienna. Located on the 2nd floor of a new residential house, this holiday rental is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 5 people in a cosy atmosphere. The flat faces south, with lots of light and sun. The well-maintained building has a spacious courtyard and a luscious green.
The nicely decorated living room features a comfortable double sofa bed where you can unwind as you watch the flat-screen TV with cable channels. The dining table is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee and get familiar with the programmes of the numerous theaters located in the area using the Wi-Fi Internet connection.
Attached to the dining area you will find the open-plan American-style kitchen. Fully equipped with all necessary utilities, it will satisfy the wishes of even a top culinary chef.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a spacious mirrored wardrobe – the ideal place to store your belongings.
The bathroom contains a shower box that will give you moments of relaxation after a long day exploring the glamorous city of Vienna. For more convenience, you will also be able to use the washing machine provided.
Because of our desire to satisfy all our visitors’ needs, we can offer those who travel by car to park it at our private garage, situated just in the next building.
Alongside the apartment there are various supermarkets and shops to satisfy all your needs during the stay, as well as a large variety of restaurants and bars. In only a 5-minute walk you will reach the famous shopping street Mariahilferstrasse.
With Vienna’s great public transport connections, this apartment is the ideal spot to start your trip. Only 100 m away from the apartment you will find the Margaretengürtel metro station, where line U4 will take you to the city center in no time. If you take the subway U4 in the opposite direction you will reach the magnificent Schönbrunn Palace.

The fashionable and stylish luxury apartment Moriz is in the prestigious art district Mariahilf in the heart of Vienna. The extremely convenient location offers the guests the best possible transport connection to all sights of interest in the city. Ringstrasse, Museumsquartier, Heldenplatz, Albertina, Secession, Staatsoper and many other sights as well can be reached on foot or with public transport within minutes. In the vicinity there is a multitude of shops, banks, restaurants and cafes. The nearest subway station (Margaretengürtel) is just 70 meters away - subway line U4 gets you to the city center in just 3 minutes. From the same station you can get tramway number 6 or 18 and in 5 minutes you will be on the most famous shopping street in Vienna – Mariahilferstrasse.
Mariahilf is the 6th municipal district of Vienna, Austria (German: 6. Bezirk). It is one of the smallest districts of Vienna and also one of the steepest inner city districts.
The sixth district′s western border is outlined by the Gürtel, apart from the Leopoldstadt the most important red light area in Vienna. The southern border is the Naschmarkt area with its amazing food stalls full of domestic and exotic fruits, vegetables and spices.
Moving on along the Wienzeile, you will soon get to two of the most famous buildings in Mariahilf: The Wienzeilenhaus and the Majolikahaus, both designs in Art Nouveau or Jugendstil by Otto Wagner. This is also a good point for turning right to move towards Gumpendorferstraße and the central part of Mariahilf.
In the north is the Mariahilfer Straße. It is the longest and completest shopping street in Vienna where you can find many of the popular large international department stores, clothing chains, and famous shopping labels....whatever you need you are very likely to find it here! This district is easily reachable by public transport and we highly recommend you to use it, in case you think that walking or biking are no options. It would be nightmare to bring the car here, parking is very difficult and parking houses are expensive.
The Mariahilf district is not only a bustling place during the day, it is also a great place to spend afternoons and evenings out in cafes, bars and nightclubs, especially in the area around Gumpendorfer Strasse. Many of the trendy hotspots are located in this district and definitely worth visiting for a great night out.
There are several ways to get from the airport to the apartment Moriz:
1) Train Number S 7 ( or CAT City Airport train ) from the airport to the station Wien Mitte, and from there with the metro number U4 to the station Margaretengürtel. From there you can reach the apartment in a few minutes by foot.

3) From the airport you can also reach the apartment by taxi which costs around 35 Euros.
The district 6 (Mariahilf), where is situated the apartment Moriz is a short-stay parking zone from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m, except public holidays. In all short-term parking zones, you must have a parking ticket from the first minute of parking onward, even for short stops to unload luggage. 10-minute free parking tickets are available and can be obtained from our colleague. The 10-minute parking tickets may not be combined with other parking tickets.

Because of our desire to satisfy our guests we can offer you to park your car very inexpensively at our private garage for 8 euros per day. It is situated 50 m. away from the apartment – (Mollardgasse 73, A-1060 Wien). If you like to use that option you have to inform us by booking the apartment to reserve the car place for you. In that case you will receive a remote control for the door of the garage from our colleague by arrival.
